These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the lg999bet platform, accessible at lg999bet.app and any related subdomains or applications ("the Platform"). lg999bet is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for the use of players in Pakistan who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 below.

By creating an account or placing any bet on lg999bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms should be read alongside the lg999bet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and lg999bet. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional or bonus-specific terms published elsewhere on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.

lg999bet reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. See Section 13 (Amendments) for how changes are communicated. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to lg999bet is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must meet all of the following conditions to open and maintain an account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. lg999bet strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 18 will be immediately closed and all funds will be returned to the verified source.

• Personal use: You must be registering and using the account for your own personal entertainment only, not on behalf of a third party, a business entity, or as part of a commercial operation.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have previously been self-excluded from lg999bet or from any other gambling platform where you are currently subject to an active exclusion period.
• Not a minor: You must not be accessing the Platform on behalf of any individual who does not meet the age requirement set out above.

lg999bet may deny registration or close an existing account without prior notice if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that any of the above eligibility conditions are not met. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

To use lg999bet, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. The following conditions apply to all lg999bet accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one lg999bet account. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — constitute a breach of these Terms and all associated accounts may be permanently closed.
• Accurate information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistan mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your lg999bet login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. lg999bet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.
• Notification of unauthorised access: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify lg999bet immediately via the live chat or email contact at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be taken.
• Account transferability: Your lg999bet account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any other individual or entity.

All financial transactions on lg999bet are conducted in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposit methods: lg999bet accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and USDT BEP20. Deposit availability and minimum amounts are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform.
• Deposit fees: lg999bet does not charge transaction fees on deposits processed through the methods listed above. Any fees charged by a payment provider are the sole responsibility of the depositing player.
• Withdrawal identity match: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the registered lg999bet account holder. lg999bet will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• KYC requirement for withdrawals: lg999bet may require completion of identity verification (see Section 8) before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are set out within the Platform at the time of request.
• Minimum balances: lg999bet reserves the right to set minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds. These thresholds are displayed within the Platform's banking section and may change from time to time.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts that have had no login or financial activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. lg999bet reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts or to transfer unclaimed balances in accordance with applicable policy, after providing notice to the registered contact details on file.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the lg999bet Platform:

• Bets are final: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the lg999bet Platform, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or withdrawn by the player, except where the Platform expressly provides a cash-out or in-play adjustment function.
• Game rules: Each game and betting market on lg999bet is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game or market interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules explicitly state otherwise for the relevant game type.
• System errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed failure that results in an incorrect price, odds display, or game outcome, lg999bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. lg999bet will not honour payouts resulting from demonstrably erroneous odds or outcomes caused by system faults.
• Disconnections: Game outcomes are determined server-side at lg999bet. A player's disconnection during a game round does not affect the outcome already determined by the server. Disconnected sessions are resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's disconnect policy.
• Winnings: Verified winnings are credited to the player's lg999bet PKR balance immediately upon settlement. The Platform does not guarantee any minimum return or profit from gaming or betting activity.

lg999bet offers a range of bonuses, promotions, free credits, and special offers to eligible Pakistan players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotional activity on the Platform:

• Specific terms: Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These terms are published alongside the relevant promotion on the Platform and must be read carefully before claiming any offer.
• One bonus per person: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to circumvent this restriction through multiple account registration or other means constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific bonus terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates per game type are displayed within the promotion details.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free credits that are not used within the stated promotional period will be automatically removed from the player's account without notice.

lg999bet is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all Pakistan players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by lg999bet.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event available on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any player who identifies a Platform vulnerability must report it to lg999bet immediately rather than exploiting it.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity using the lg999bet Platform or any transaction method associated with it.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions applied by lg999bet.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during account registration, identity verification, or customer support interactions.

Where lg999bet reasonably determines that a player has engaged in any of the prohibited conduct listed above, lg999bet reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void any pending bets and outstanding balances accumulated through prohibited activity, and report the conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.

lg999bet applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. All players may be required to complete identity verification at any time, including before processing a withdrawal, after a significant deposit, or where lg999bet reasonably suspects that account information may be inaccurate.

KYC documentation typically requested includes:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of the payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., a screenshot of the Easypaisa or JazzCash account in the same name as the lg999bet account).
• Proof of address where required (utility bill, bank statement, or official document dated within the last three months).

lg999bet will not process withdrawal requests until all required KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved. Documents must be clear, legible, and unedited. Submitting altered or fraudulent documentation is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure and potential referral to relevant authorities.

lg999bet collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Pakistan players during registration, KYC, and general Platform use. The collection and use of this data is governed by the lg999bet Privacy Policy, which is available at lg999bet.app/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

In summary, lg999bet uses player data to operate and improve the Platform, process transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, communicate with players about their account and about promotions (where opted in), and detect and prevent fraud and prohibited conduct. lg999bet does not sell personal data to third parties for independent marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and process transactions.

lg999bet takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Pakistan players manage their gaming activity. These include:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps can be set and adjusted in Account Settings. Increases to limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session reminders: Time alerts notify players after a chosen period of continuous gaming activity.
• Cooling-off periods: Players can apply a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, one week, or one month during which no gaming activity is possible.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion via Account Settings or by contacting support at [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is deactivated and re-registration is blocked. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lg999bet excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of PKR funds resulting from Platform unavailability, technical malfunctions, or data errors, except where such losses are directly caused by lg999bet's negligence.
• Any reliance by you on the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your violation of any applicable laws in connection with your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits lg999bet's liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. lg999bet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from technical errors.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

• By you: You may close your lg999bet account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any verified PKR balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any applicable KYC checks and provided no prohibited conduct is identified.
• By lg999bet: lg999bet may immediately suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, where you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, failed to complete required KYC verification, or where continued operation of your account would place lg999bet in breach of any applicable legal obligation.

Upon account closure initiated by lg999bet for a breach of these Terms, any PKR balance accumulated through prohibited activity may be forfeited. Balances derived from legitimate play will be returned to a verified payment method after investigation and in accordance with lg999bet's internal procedures.

lg999bet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, lg999bet will notify registered Pakistan players by displaying a notice within the Platform upon login and, where possible, by sending a notification to the registered mobile number or email address on file.

Amended Terms take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven days after the notice is first displayed, except where the change is required urgently for legal or regulatory reasons, in which case it may take immediate effect with notice provided as promptly as possible.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date of the change.
